Offsetting4you operate solely in the UK and have taken every effort and reasonable care to ensure that all the information is accurate at the time it was placed on the website, and will not be liable for any misrepresented or incorrect information on this website.

Offsetting4you cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind for misuse or damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct or indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.

To calculate the number of trees required to offset your Carbon emissions, offsetting4you have used estimated that on average one Native British broadleaved tree will offset 750kg of Carbon Dioxide during its full lifetime of approximately 100 years.

The offsetting4you logo and phrase “It does not cost the earth, but doing nothing will” are trademarks of offsetting4you, and may not be used in connection with any other product or service that does not belong to offsetting4you.

Offsetting4you and its tree-planting partners will ensure the correct number of trees are planted in the correct chosen area. There may be instances when it is not possible to plant in the chosen area, in these cases offsetting4you reserve the right to plant the tree(s) in a suitable nearby location.

The trees that will be planted are all British Native Broadleaved Species and are already growing in the locality. We cannot offer alternative species or varieties as our planning and planting strategies evolve around the geographical location and surrounding habitat.

The material and information contained within this website or provided by offsetting4you is for your personal use and may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes.

Offsetting4you trust all customers are fully satisfied with your purchases. In the rare instance that one of the goods purchased does not work properly, you can return the goods within 7 days with a note explaining the fault. If goods are found to be faulty, you will receive an option to have a replacement or a full refund.

For visitors wishing to see their tree(s) and wild flowers in the new woodland, offsetting4you and their partners accept no liabilities and cannot be held accountable for personal injury or damage to property unless visitors are supervised and overseen by offsetting4you staff.

All monies must be paid in full, and cleared by the bank prior to any tree(s); wildflowers and products from our shop are planted or goods despatched with the certificate to the recipient.

Some goods from our shop are supplied directly by a third party supplier who works closely with us to attain our projections, and timed deliveries cannot always be facilitated.
